MCS Group are partnering with a large global organisation with a significant Belfast presence as they continue to grow their transformation and change function. This opportunity would suit someone coming from a PMO, project support, operations, governance, or delivery coordination background who enjoys working in fast-paced environments with lots of moving parts.
The position is heavily focused around supporting large programmes from a governance and financial tracking perspective, working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure reporting, budgets, forecasts, and delivery updates are accurate and running smoothly.
You'll be involved in things like:
- Portfolio and project reporting
- Budget and forecast tracking
- Governance and controls
- Coordinating project updates and leadership reporting
- Working across tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
The environment itself is large-scale and enterprise-focused, so it would suit someone who enjoys structure, process, and working across complex programmes with multiple stakeholders involved. Strong communication skills, organisation, and attention to detail are key for this one. Financial services experience would be useful, but definitely not essential.
