Join a large, values-driven organisation where you'll play a key role in delivering learning initiatives, supporting leadership development, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of learning, organisational development and performance management activities while making a real impact on the employee experience.

The

Role: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programmes, ensuring organisational training needs are met.

Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs, design learning solutions, and deliver engaging training initiatives.

Coordinate leadership development programmes, graduate schemes, induction programmes, and other organisational development activities.

Monitor and analyse learning data, training outcomes, and performance metrics, providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with external learning providers, supporting procurement processes, contract management, and budget monitoring.

Administer and develop the organisation's performance management system, ensuring effective reporting, compliance, and user support.

Support wider HR and organisational development projects, promoting a culture of continuous learning and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.

The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Essential: HNC qualification (or equivalent) with CIPD Membership.

Experience within a Learning & Development environment.

Experience coordinating or delivering learning and development programmes.

Experience analysing learning data and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
