We are seeking a senior Microsoft Consultant with experience of solution architecture to join at this exciting time. The organisation delivers complex and bespoke digital solutions for both government and private-sector clients. This is a brilliant opportunity for a consultant with strong skills in Dynamics 365, Azure and the Microsoft Power Platform to take on a senior role at a truly pivotal time for the business.
The OpportunityAs a Microsoft Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering complex Microsoft solutions across Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, and the Power Platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to major clients, helping shape their digital transformation journey and architect scalable, robust solutions that solve real business challenges. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers, contributing technical expertise and leading activities from requirements gathering through to design, build and implementation.
What You’ll Do- Lead workshops to understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Architect, design, estimate and implement solutions using best practice patterns and methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify the best mix of configuration, custom development and third-party components.
- Support pre-sales activities, including demos and proof-of-concept builds.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft technologies to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
- Deliver work within a quality-driven environment, aligned with industry standard methodologies.
Essential:
- Strong, demonstrable experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online.
- Proven capability with the Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile environments.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, proactive approach to technical and commercial challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast learner, able to absorb and apply new technical information quickly.
Desirable:
- Current Microsoft certifications across Dynamics 365, Azure or Power Platform.
Circa £70,000 with a brilliant benefits package including bonus, private health and enhanced pension contribution.
