Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate social media activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Draft and proofread marketing content including case studies, project sheets, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather project information for marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Support the Bid Manager with tendering and bidding processes, including the preparation of branded reports and documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including website and social media analytics.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers such as designers, printers, and promotional merchandise providers.
  • Assist with the organisation of events, exhibitions, and client hospitality activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and streamline processes.

Essential Criteria
