Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate social media activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Draft and proofread marketing content including case studies, project sheets, newsletters, and press releases.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather project information for marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Support the Bid Manager with tendering and bidding processes, including the preparation of branded reports and documents.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including website and social media analytics.
- Coordinate with external suppliers such as designers, printers, and promotional merchandise providers.
- Assist with the organisation of events, exhibitions, and client hospitality activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and streamline processes.
Essential Criteria
- A qualification in marketing, business or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
