A rapidly growing professional services business is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its collaborative finance team.

Following continued expansion, the business is investing in building a more scalable finance function and is looking for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working operationally while helping shape the future of the department.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Finance Manager or an ambitious qualified accountant ready to step into their first management role.

Working as part of a supportive finance team, you will provide operational leadership, partner with stakeholders across the business, and play an important role in improving processes and supporting continued growth.

Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite; Excellent career progression within a high-growth business; Opportunity to influence and develop a growing finance function; The Role Lead and support day-to-day finance operations across the business; Partner with finance colleagues and stakeholders to deliver effective financial management; Support complex billing activities and work closely with the AR & Billing Specialist; Contribute to building a scalable finance function to support ongoing business growth.

The Person Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountant; Previous finance management experience, or ready to step into a management role; Strong operational finance background with excellent stakeholder management skills; Billing, Accounts Receivable or high-growth business experience would be advantageous.
