About the Company
MCS Group are delighted to be working EXCLUSIVELY with a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up specialising in modern mobile security and device protection. Their platform helps organisations keep employee devices safe by identifying vulnerabilities, risky settings, outdated software, and potential indicators of compromise - then guiding users through simple steps to fix them. They are addressing a major gap in the market by treating mobile devices with the same level of security and visibility as traditional enterprise endpoints. The company is well-funded, backed by strong industry partners, and has a clear long-term roadmap. The Belfast engineering team is at the heart of the product - working on core integrations, backend systems, and complex technical challenges that have real impact on the overall platform.
The Role: Senior Integrations Engineer
This is a high-impact technical role focused on building, owning, and improving integrations that customers rely on to connect their security tools with the platform. You will work deeply across APIs, SDKs, automation, and customer environments - with full autonomy to design solutions end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain technical integrations between the platform and a wide range of external systems.
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and reusable components that enable customers and partners to extend the product.
- Analyse and interpret third-party API documentation to design reliable, secure data flows.
- Create and support webhooks, event-driven pipelines, and synchronisation processes.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
- Set up effective monitoring, logging, and error-handling for large-scale environments.
- Enhance internal tooling, automation, and observability to improve overall developer efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams across regions.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong integration development experience (core requirement).
- Background in API or SDK development.
- Experience working with customers or in a technical consulting role.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise security tools.
- Someone who can lead integrations independently from design through to delivery.
What’s in it for you?
- Highly Competitive base salary, flexible dependant on experience.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Pension contribution.
- Steer the direction of a soon to be multi-award-winning product worldwide.
- Ownership and freedom to put your own stamp on the work you do.
- Join a team where all ideas are encouraged and welcomed.
- Flexible working and remote working options - Must be able to commute to Belfast office at least once a week.
