A great opportunity for a Junior Network Engineer to join a hands-on, field-based role supporting the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of customer network infrastructure across NI, ROI and the wider UK. This role is ideal for someone with solid networking fundamentals (CCNA or JNCIA level) who wants to build real-world experience across WAN/LAN environments, working with Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet technologies in live customer settings.

You'll be responsible for installing and supporting customer equipment on-site, providing technical troubleshooting and advice, and ensuring systems are delivered and maintained to a high standard. The role also includes office-based support, documentation, training delivery, and participation in a 24/7 call-out rota.

Key requirements:

  • CCNA or JNCIA accreditation
  • Experience in network engineering or field IT support
  • Strong understanding of WAN/LAN environments
  • Confident troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across UK & Ireland
