Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Measure quantities and assess material, labour, and installation costs
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
- Work closely with design, production, and project teams throughout the tender process
About You
- Experience estimating bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
