MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, AIM-listed technology business as they look to appoint a Financial Accountant to their expanding finance team in Belfast.

As the successful Financial Accountant, you will receive:

The Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and consolidated group management accounts;
  • Preparing and filing UK and US regulatory and tax returns, including corporation tax and VAT returns;
  • Supporting the preparation of the Group annual report, half-year accounts and statutory accounts;
  • Leading the external audit process for both Group and subsidiary audits;

The Person: The successful Financial Accountant will meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or Equivalent;
  • Strong technical accounting experience;
  • Strong IT Skills.
