MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a Global Manufacturing Software company. This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Consultant to join a rapidly growing global technology business delivering innovative software solutions to the manufacturing sector.
As the Implementation Consultant you will:
- Lead software implementation projects for manufacturing customers
- Facilitate business process mapping workshops and gather customer requirements
- Translate operational requirements into technical solution designs
- Support customer data migration and go-live activities
- Deliver training to operators, supervisors and management teams
- Manage project milestones, timelines and stakeholder communication
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the implementation process
You will have:
- Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution industry experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Basic understanding of networking and PLC systems
- Experience integrating software with PLCs, controllers or shop-floor equipment would be advantageous
- Full driving licence and valid passport
- 50% International travel required
