HR Operations Officer - Permanent - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation as they seek to appoint an HR Operations Officer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The role: As HR Operations Officer, you will support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across multiple sites, taking ownership of recruitment and on boarding while helping to streamline systems and processes.

Working closely with the wider People team, you will ensure an excellent employee experience from attraction through to off boarding.

The main responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.

Coordinate employee on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Maintain accurate HR records and employee data across HR systems.

Produce HR reports and support wider people initiatives.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations to support operational HR activities.

Support the ongoing development and optimisation of HRIS platforms.

Provide day-to-day support to the wider Operations team and supervise administrative support where required.

The ideal candidate: CIPD qualified or currently working towards a CIPD qualification.

Previous experience within an HR Operations, HR Coordinator or HR Officer position.

Strong experience managing recruitment and on boarding processes.

Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining employee data.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Collaborative, resilient and adaptable.
