This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and wants to play a key role within a busy people function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering HR coordination tasks across day-to-day operational areas
  • Processing payroll and reviewing payroll outputs
  • Managing and updating HR and payroll systems
  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a strong new-starter experience
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination and scheduling
  • Providing support on employee relations matters, including accurate minute taking
  • Supporting engagement and compliance initiatives within the business

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong HR background with proven experience in a generalist or administrative role
  • CIPD qualification (highly desirable)
  • Food or manufacturing experience beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage increasing workloads
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and follow tasks through to completion
