MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively on the appointment of an HR Coordinator to join a growing organisation based in Co. Down - only 20 minutes from Belfast! This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and wants to play a key role within a busy people function.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering HR coordination tasks across day-to-day operational areas
- Processing payroll and reviewing payroll outputs
- Managing and updating HR and payroll systems
- Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a strong new-starter experience
- Assisting with recruitment coordination and scheduling
- Providing support on employee relations matters, including accurate minute taking
- Supporting engagement and compliance initiatives within the business
The Ideal Candidate
- A strong HR background with proven experience in a generalist or administrative role
- CIPD qualification (highly desirable)
- Food or manufacturing experience beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage increasing workloads
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and follow tasks through to completion
