With headcount set to grow significantly over the next 12-18 months, this is a critical hire, a true standalone HR role where you'll have the autonomy to shape, influence, and scale the people function.   • Leading end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support rapid growth.
  • Managing onboarding, contracts, and HR administration.
  • Acting as the go-to for employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting culture through growth.
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Providing practical HR advice to managers, balancing commercial and people priorities.
  • Overseeing HR systems and maintaining accurate data/reporting.
  • Supporting compensation & benefits review, ensuring competitiveness in a tight talent market.
  • Delivering HR projects and ensuring compliance with NI legislation.

Strong generalist HR experience in a NI organisation. Comfortable working in a standalone capacity with full ownership.
