MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing global organisation to recruit an HR Assistant on an initial temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a major growth phase as they establish a brand-new site. This role will play a key part in supporting the setup and day-to-day coordination of the new office, acting as a first point of contact for employees while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Preparing contracts and supporting new starter documentation
  • Setting employees up on internal systems and liaising with IT teams
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR and office-related queries
  • Supporting the setup of a brand-new international site
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Assisting with wider operational tasks as required
  • Supporting a fast-paced and collaborative working environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years' experience within HR or office management
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and approachable attitude
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Able to work independently while supporting a wider team
  • Experience supporting onboarding is desirable
