If you're used to working through a high volume of tickets and want to move into a role where you can spend more time investigating issues, building relationships with customers and developing your technical skills, this could be the opportunity for you.
We're working with a growing software company that's looking to add a Helpdesk Support Analyst (SQL) to its expanding support team.
You'll be supporting a Saa S platform used by global organisations, working directly with senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs and Heads of Tax.
The focus is on understanding problems, analysing data, troubleshooting issues and delivering an excellent customer experience, rather than simply closing tickets as quickly as possible.
Requirements At least 1 year's experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Application Support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
An interest in software and working with data.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
Experience using service desk tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk or similar is beneficial.
SQL or strong Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage but not essential.
What's on Offer Salary up to £30,000.
Hybrid working (23 days per week in the Belfast office).
