MCS Group are looking for a Group Accountant to join a large technology company based in Hemel Hempstead.
The Company
Our client is a large technology company based in the Hemel Hempstead area and has multiple sites across the UK&I and the US. They are the market leader within the sector - now is a great time to join their Hemel Hempstead finance function as they look to add a Group Accountant for their growing team.

The Role
As the successful Group Accountant you will report directly to the Head of Finance to:
- Manage the company’s Finance and Administration team.
- Oversight of the General Ledger, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Asset Register and Accounting Data.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Finance/CFO to perform further ad-hoc duties.
- Manage full trial balance and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
The Person
The successful Group Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
- Previous experience in an accountant role;
- Relevant industry experience;
- Strong communication skills.
