You will search for talented technology professionals, start conversations, understand what motivates them and connect them with career opportunities they may never have considered. You do not need recruitment or technology experience. You do need energy, curiosity, confidence on the phone and the tenacity to keep searching when the right person is difficult to find. Great resourcers create talent pipelines, influence decisions and become trusted experts in their market. You will learn how to identify, engage and manage technology talent, including: Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact Developing pipelines of talent across specialist technology markets Writing and presenting high-quality candidate profiles Using data, automation and AI-enabled tools to search more intelligently Confident: You are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. Curious: You want to understand people, technology and the businesses hiring them. You may also be a graduate or placement student ready to start a professional career. Build your network. From your first day, you will receive structured training in candidate sourcing, technology markets, communication, recruitment systems and the use of modern search tools. You will learn through workshops, coaching, live calls and regular feedback from experienced technology recruiters. As your skills develop, you can build a career as a specialist 180° recruiter or progress towards a full Recruitment Consultant role with responsibility for clients, business development and your own market.
