This is a highly visible opportunity within its corporate finance function, providing analysis and reporting that supports senior leadership decisions. The Rewards: As the successful FP&A Analyst, you will receive: £50,000-£60,000 base salary extensive benefits; Annual bonus (10%); Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based); Opportunity to work within a global, technology-led organisation. The Role: As the successful FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for: Review & analyse income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement results; Consolidating monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans; Preparing management reporting and analysis for senior leadership; Analysing revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow and working capital performance; Improving reporting processes through automation, dashboards and KPI tracking; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful FP&A Analyst will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience; Strong technical accounting or FP&A experience; Strong IT & advanced excel skills; Strong communication skills.
