Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Career in Belfast City Centre | £26,500-£30,000 + uncapped commission. Permanent position with hybrid working following initial training.
MCS Group is looking for driven individuals with the potential to become exceptional recruitment consultants. You do not need recruitment experience but should possess confidence, curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to engage with clients.
In this role, you will:
- Learn how to build and manage your own specialist recruitment market.
- Speak to candidates, clients, and prospective customers daily.
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build relationships with professionals and business leaders.
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop new business.
- Source, interview, and represent high-quality candidates.
- Advise clients on talent, salaries, and hiring decisions.
- Manage recruitment processes from first conversation to successful offer.
- Work towards clear performance and revenue targets.
- Take ownership of your development and results.
The ideal candidate will be:
