Are you an EHS professional with a passion for creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces? We are seeking an experienced EHS & Facilities Leader to drive excellence in environmental, health, and safety, as well as facilities, across a busy manufacturing and engineering site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site-wide EHS strategy and facilities management, influencing all levels of the organisation while leading continuous improvement initiatives that support operational success.

The Role

As EHS & Facilities Leader, you will champion a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective facilities management across the site. You will work closely with leadership teams, employees, and contractors to deliver best-in-class EHS performance and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

You are a confident leader with strong organisational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and are committed to upholding high standards of safety and operational performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing EHS programmes and regulatory compliance.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in risk assessment, analysis, and decision-making methodologies.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
