MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing, multi-site organisation across NI and ROI as they look to add a standalone HR Manager to their organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the full HR function across multiple sites in Belfast and Dublin.

Initially operating as a standalone HR lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the future HR structure and build out the function as the business continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures across the Group.
  • Managing complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, consultation and organisational change.
  • Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Driving cultural change and helping modernise HR practices within an evolving business environment.
  • Leading on HR compliance across NI and ROI employment legislation.
  • Supporting upcoming HR transformation projects including HRIS implementation.
  • Coaching and supporting managers across all people-related matters.
  • Reviewing organisational structures, onboarding processes, employee engagement and performance management frameworks.
  • Providing both strategic input and day-to-day operational HR support as required.
  • Building credibility across operational teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

To be considered for this role, you should have extensive generalist HR experience within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, industrial or operational environments, along with strong experience operating in standalone or senior HR leadership roles.
