MCS are delighted to be partnering with a leading Law firm who are adding an Email and Digital Marketing Manager to the team. You will be responsible for the strategic management and optimization of several digital and marketing technology platforms. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role oversees the integration, adoption and performance of tools and services to support the firm's global marketing and business development objectives.

The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practice, compliance, and innovation across several digital channels, driving continuous improvement in client engagement and digital experience.

  • Own and manage core marketing platforms (Vuture and Passle), ensuring effective configuration, governance, and continuous optimisation.
  • Oversee additional digital marketing tools (e.g. Ceros, Hanzo, content aggregators), maintaining best practice and consistency.
  • Lead platform integrations, including CRM systems, working closely with IT and technical teams.
  • Define and implement email marketing best practices across segmentation, deliverability, governance, and performance optimisation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex campaigns and content strategies, driving improved outcomes through insight and analysis.
  • Develop and embed platform standards, documentation, and training to ensure consistent, compliant adoption across global teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, business development, IT, and data privacy to deliver scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing enterprise level email marketing and MarTech platforms.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, governance, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience working within a broader MarTech ecosystem, including CRM integrations and data flows (Microsoft Dynamics desirable).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and platform partners.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse teams.
  • Structured, pragmatic approach with a focus on continuous improvement and real-world usability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
