Join a busy customer operations team where you'll play a key role in supporting customers, processing essential documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service from day one. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills, experience managing documentation, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Process a range of customer and legal documentation accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Support customers throughout key operational processes, providing clear guidance and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Liaise with solicitors, valuers, lenders, financial advisers, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Review legal documentation, highlighting any issues and working with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information security, and customer verification requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer service.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Essential: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grades A-C), or relevant administrative experience in lieu of qualifications.
  • Experience including record keeping, document management, and using databases and spreadsheets.
  • Experience processing legal or financial documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work independently.
