You'll join an exceptional, collaborative and multicultural culture, working with specialists across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Web, Communications and Analytics, and you'll have real ownership.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Data and Sales, you'll help shape how global audiences are engaged, nurtured and converted. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), you'll build and optimise sophisticated marketing automation and nurture programmes, helping turn audience engagement into meaningful opportunities for the business.

You'll work closely with the Head of Global Digital Marketing and stakeholders around the world to understand what they need, challenge thinking and translate marketing requirements into scalable automation solutions.

  • Building and optimising automated campaigns and nurture journeys using Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Creating segmentation, automation rules, dynamic content, lead scoring and data-routing processes.
  • Managing the flow of Marketing Qualified Leads between Marketing and Sales.
  • Using campaign, audience and funnel data to identify what's working and where performance can improve.
  • Maintaining accurate data and alignment between marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.
  • Managing HTML/CSS email templates, UTM tracking and campaign attribution.
  • Troubleshooting automation, synchronisation, deliverability and data issues.

You understand audiences, customer journeys, lead nurturing and what effective B2B marketing looks like. You also have the technical knowledge to turn that thinking into effective marketing automation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Strong marketing automation, email marketing and lead-management expertise.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce CRM and Marketing/Sales integration.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates and experience with UTM/tracking.
  • Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • The ability to troubleshoot complex marketing automation issues.

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant certification is highly desirable.

You'll be confident speaking with Sales one minute and Digital, Web or Communications the next, understanding different priorities and bringing people together around the right solution.

A brilliant culture and a serious opportunity to grow. You'll work with talented specialists around the world, gain exposure across multiple areas of Marketing and Technology and have the opportunity to develop far beyond the boundaries of a traditional marketing automation role.

If you've built strong expertise in Pardot, Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations and you're ready for an environment that will challenge you, invest in your learning and give you global exposure, we'd like to hear from you.
