The Role
- Build partnerships with community groups and stakeholders to strengthen support services for victims and survivors.
- Support organisations to plan, deliver, and review services in line with funding and compliance requirements.
- Monitor programme impact, performance targets, and wellbeing outcomes through effective reporting and evaluation systems.
- Supervise staff, manage performance, and identify training and development needs to build organisational capacity.
- Provide guidance on funding, grants, policies, and procedures to support high‑quality service delivery.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and databases, and contribute to programme and business plan development.
- Represent the organisation at meetings and public events, providing evidence‑based advice and promoting a professional, solution‑focused approach.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience delivering community or voluntary sector programmes while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and partner organisations.
- Skilled in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tracking outcomes, and analysing complex information to support management decision‑making.
- Full UK driving licence with access to transport, or ability to arrange suitable alternative travel where required.
