Commerical Manager - Belfast - 55/60K We're working exclusively with an established print and media business who are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships and getting the best out of a small commercial team. The role is at first a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential for it to become permanent for the right person. What will you be doing? You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day commercial performance of the business, working closely with the senior management team. Your role will include: Managing and motivating a small commercial team Setting sales targets and helping the team achieve them Bringing in new business and growing existing accounts Managing your own portfolio of customers Building strong relationships with key decision makers Identifying new opportunities to grow sales and revenue Supporting and developing members of the sales team Keeping the team focused on performance and results What are they looking for?
