Providing expert advice on insurance products, coverage, and risk management solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery. Negotiating terms, premiums, and renewals with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business. Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. The Person The successful Commercial Insurance Broker will meet the following criteria: Previous experience within commercial insurance, broking, or account handling. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider insurance market. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and deliver client-focused solutions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries. Working towards or holding CII qualifications would be advantageous. Good understanding of FCA regulations and insurance compliance requirements. Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
