We're hiring a hands-on Cloud Product Security Engineering Manager to lead a team building and operating cloud-native security controls across large-scale cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership, cloud security engineering, and people management, giving you the opportunity to shape how security is embedded into modern platforms and products.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers
- Design and build cloud-native security solutions
- Develop and enhance CSPM and DLP capabilities
- Integrate security controls into cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Improve detection, response, and recovery through automation
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions
- Drive engineering best practices including IaC, automation, and continuous delivery
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Strong background in Cloud Security, Security Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Knowledge of CSPM, DLP, vulnerability management, and cloud security controls
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and security principles
- Ability to write and review production-quality code (Python, Java, JavaScript or similar)
