My client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital systems that underpin programme delivery and client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, effective system solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading business analysis and process mapping activities across operational workflows
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and digital platforms
- Collaborating with technical teams during system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Supporting reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

- Experience working with CRM systems and business platforms
Desirable experience includes:
