MSC are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, AI-driven cybersecurity startup focused on transforming security operations through automation and advanced analytics. This is an exciting opportunity for a BDM to join the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new revenue, positioning Microsoft Security-integrated solutions within the market.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, leading negotiations and maximising deal value across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Manage bid and proposal development alongside CRM, pipeline tracking, and end-to-end sales operations to support consistent growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to strengthen positioning and performance.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years' experience in business development/sales within cyber security services, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Defender solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers and partners effectively.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, solve problems, and optimise performance.
