Business/ Project Analyst Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Project Analyst who enjoys understanding business processes and turning them into practical technology solutions?

We're recruiting for a Senior Project Analyst to join a growing transformation team, working on a range of strategic business and technology projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and engineers to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.

What you'll be doing: Working with stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business processes.

Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.

Creating process maps and translating business needs into functional requirements.

Collaborating with technical teams to support the design and delivery of technology solutions.

Supporting testing, solution walkthroughs and project implementation.

Building strong relationships across the business to drive successful project outcomes.

What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience running workshops and challenging processes to identify improvements.

A naturally analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

An interest in technology and digital transformation (technical experience isn't essential).
