MCS Group is recruiting a BIM Coordinator/Manager for our client in Belfast.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive BIM Coordinator/Manager to lead the management, coordination, and quality of digital information across our clients projects. This role is central to ensuring that information is structured, compliant, and delivered in line with ISO 19650 and project requirements, supporting project teams from early design through to handover. You will act as the key point of contact for BIM and information management, setting standards, advising stakeholders, and ensuring best practice is embedded across the organisation.
About you
- Ideally, you will hold a degree and 3 years of experience in a BIM / Information Management role within the built environment
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and information management processes
- Experience managing CDE platforms (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint, Asite, or similar)
- Confident working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Revit and other BIM authoring tools is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
