The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of analytics projects from initial requirements gathering through to delivery, while remaining hands-on in Power BI development. Key Responsibilities
- Power BI Development & Analytics
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create robust semantic models, DAX calculations and data transformations.
- Deliver intuitive self-service reporting solutions for business users.
- Optimise existing reports for performance, usability and deeper business insight.
- Execute comprehensive data validation and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability across all published reporting assets.
- Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead analytics and reporting projects from inception through delivery.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, wireframes and reporting mock-ups.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
- Provide regular updates to both operational stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables for development teams.
- Technical Collaboration
- Partner closely with Data Engineers to support reporting architecture and data modelling.
- Collaborate with SAP specialists to understand source systems, business processes and data structures.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Advanced Power BI development skills, including:
- Data modelling
- DAX
- Dashboard and report design
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise data platforms.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong data validation, quality assurance and documentation experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Working with Snowflake.
- Exposure to dbt and modern data transformation practices.
