Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Partner - Belfast (Hybrid) MCS Group is delighted to be working with a Top UK Accountancy firm in Belfast to recruit an Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Partner to join their growing team. The Company: One of the largest accountancy firms in Belfast, recently acquired by a larger group. Reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Acting as a key contact for clients, providing advice on business performance and financial matters. Supporting and developing managers, seniors and junior staff, including reviewing their work. Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bring in new business. Working closely with Partners and tax, audit and advisory teams to deliver a joined-up service. Helping drive the growth of the firm, with the opportunity to progress towards Partnership.
