MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Belfast as they seek to appoint an Accounts Payable Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role: The Accounts Payable Analyst is the backbone of the invoice lifecycle. The individual serves as the primary escalation point and will champion process improvement.

Key Duties of the Accounts Payable Analyst Include:

  • Oversee good receipt/invoice receipt, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Serve as back-up for prepayment backlog clearing on an ad hoc basis.
  • Reconcile the prepay and GRIR GL accounts.
  • Prepare AP & GRIR balance sheet analytics for quarterly reporting and requested ad-hoc variance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting for the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to and process internal and external audit requests promptly and accurately.
  • Any other duties outlined on the job description.
