MCS Group are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join a large construction company based in Ballymena.
The Company: Our client is a large construction company based in Ballymena with multiple business streams working across the UK and Ireland. They are an award-winning business that invests heavily in their work to ensure the best products for their customers. Now is an exciting time to be joining the company as they look to add a Senior Finance Manager to their growing Ballymena team.

The Role: As the successful Senior Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage all day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow, month-end, and reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Support senior management with financial insights and analysis.
- Liaise with external accountants, banks, and stakeholders.
The Person: The successful Finance Manager will have the following characteristics:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
- Open to practice or industry background;
- Line management experience;
- Strong communication skills.
