MCS Group are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an interim Assistant Accountant for their Belfast site on an initial 12‑month period.

The Rewards: As the successful Assistant Accountant, you will receive the following:
- £44,837 base salary;
- Onsite parking;
- Hybrid (3 days office)/flexible working options – early finish Friday;

The Role: As the successful Interim Assistant Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform period‑end activities;
- Enhance the accuracy of financial information;
- Create, develop and maintain reports;
- Coordinate cost analyses across all contracts;
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person: The successful Assistant Accountant will have the following characteristics:
- 3 years experience in a finance environment;
- Part Qualified/Accounts Technician or qualified by experience;
- Open to industry or practice background;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong IT skills.
