MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing financial services organisation in the Omagh area to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.
The company
Our client is a well-established business operating across multiple locations throughout Northern Ireland and due to continued growth, the business is expanding its finance function.
The Role
As the successful Credit Controller, you will:
- Maintain cash books and balance daily takings
- Allocate and reconcile payments from previous days
- Chase and collect outstanding debt
- Handle a high volume of phone-based customer interactions
- Support the wider Credit Control team with day-to-day tasks
What you need to succeed:
- Previous credit control experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong customer service experience, particularly within telephone-based or money-handling roles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
