Finance and Accounting Supervisor in Banbridge

MCS Group is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an Accountant to join their finance function based in Banbridge. As part of the continued development of their finance function, they are seeking a qualified Accountant to support the preparation of management accounts, financial analysis, budgeting and wider commercial decision-making. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join an established finance team and gain broad exposure across financial accounting, project performance and business partnering. 50,000 - £55,000 base salary + extensive benefits package; ~ Opportunity to work closely with the Financial Controller and wider senior management team; ~ Broad commercial exposure across a growing organisation. ~ Office based with early finish on Friday; Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis; Monitor project performance, costs, margins and profitability, providing commercial insight; Support budgeting, forecasting and departmental financial reviews; Support tax, compliance, audit requirements and continuous improvement initiatives; ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent; Strong financial accounting, analytical and commercial skills; Strong IT and excel skills.
