MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Portadown who are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Company: This organisation is well established within its sector and continues to grow steadily. The finance team is expanding due to recent restructuring, creating an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in accounts within a supportive environment.
Your New Role: Reporting to the Accountant, responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, expenses, and supplier statement checks.
- Assisting with cash allocation, debt chasing, and export paperwork.
- Performing declarations, analysis, and handling queries from customers and suppliers.
- Providing support across finance and administration, including cover duties as needed.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, health & safety, and quality standards.
What You Need to Succeed?
- Some previous experience in accounts.
- Willingness to learn and be hands-on.
- Background in manufacturing is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
