The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on AI Engineering role suited to someone at mid to senior level in their career who is looking for genuine room for progression, personal development and long‑term growth. You will work on real‑world enterprise AI solutions while helping shape the future direction of AI within the business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical leadership and become a key part of a growing AI function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing AI and LLM-based solutions
- Building AI Agents and RAG-based applications
- Integrating AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs
- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders
- Supporting AI best practices, scalability and governance
- Helping shape standards and processes within the AI capability
What You'll Need
- Strong Software Development background with 3+ years commercial experience
- Open to candidates from any technical stack; .NET/C# experience would be a strong advantage
- Strong API and integration development experience
- Minimum 1 year commercial experience working with Azure Foundry
- Commercial experience building AI/LLM-based solutions - at least one year
