As the Group continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a driven and commercially minded Finance Manager who is ready to take ownership of a key finance function and play an important role within the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to accelerate their career , gaining significant commercial exposure, working closely with senior finance and operational leadership and developing their leadership experience within a market-leading hospitality business. Reporting into the Group Finance function, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance function for a key hospitality business within the Group , acting as a key finance partner to senior operational stakeholders. Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts; Weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring; Providing commercial insight and analysis to support business decisions; Supporting and driving improvements across financial processes and controls; Providing financial guidance and support to the wider business; The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent ; Previous experience within a commercial finance or management accounting environment; Strong experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; Strong commercial and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with non-finance stakeholders; Strong IT and Excel skills; Search here for the latest IT Jobs, Engineering Jobs, Accountancy Jobs, Sales Jobs, Marketing Jobs and more.
