MCS Group are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join a large construction company based in Ballymena.
The Company: Our client is a large construction company based in Ballymena with multiple business streams working across the UK and Ireland. They are an award-winning business that invests heavily in their work to ensure the best products for their customers. The Role: As the successful Senior Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage all day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow, month-end, and reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Support senior management with financial insights and analysis.
- Liaise with external accountants, banks, and stakeholders.
The Person: The successful Finance Manager will have the following characteristics:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
- Open to practice or industry background;
- Line management experience;
- Strong communication skills.
