The Role:

  • Supports delivery of the organisation's information governance framework and compliance requirements.
  • Ensures adherence to UK GDPR, FOI, EIR and related information governance legislation.
  • Provides guidance on data protection, records management and governance best practice.
  • Develops, reviews and maintains governance documentation, including DPIAs, DSAs and privacy notices.
  • Monitors and improves information governance processes and records management systems.
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to support governance objectives.
  • Delivers project-based governance work to address documentation backlogs and compliance priorities.
  • Experience advising management on policies, procedures and legislative compliance.
