This role is ideal for a creative and proactive communications professional with experience in media relations, digital marketing, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
The Role:
- Develop and deliver strategic communications, marketing and public relations campaigns to support organisational priorities.
- Create engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, publications, photography and videography.
- Manage media enquiries, draft press releases and support positive media relations while protecting the organisation's reputation.
- Monitor and analyse social media and digital communications performance, producing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, public awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, publications and promotional materials.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality communications projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, organisational policies and GDPR requirements.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree qualified in any discipline (or equivalent experience as outlined in the person specification).
- Experience in a communications, marketing or public relations role.
- Experience developing and delivering successful communications and marketing campaigns, measuring outcomes against objectives.
