MCS Group is partnering with a successful accountancy practice in Belfast to recruit a driven and ambitious Audit Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an Audit professional eager to advance their career, offering clear progression paths and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role
You will have a wide range of duties, such as;
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from initial planning through to final reporting, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the financial performance of your audit portfolio, including budgeting, billing, fee negotiation, and monitoring work-in-progress (WIP).
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performing and supportive team environment.
- Client relationship management
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Extensive experience in external audit
- Skilled in reviewing and supporting the work of junior team members
