As the assistant Production Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. You will have:
- Previous experience in a Shift Manager, Production Supervisor or Operations Team Leader role within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience managing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
