We are recruiting a Head of Sales for a well-established food manufacturing and wholesale business operating across Northern Ireland and ROI.
This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for both internal and field sales teams. The focus is simple: grow sales, improve margin, win new customers and create a more proactive sales culture.
The Role

Lead and develop the sales team

Drive new business across NI and ROI

Grow existing key accounts
-
Improve revenue, margin and profitability
-
Set clear KPIs and raise sales performance
-
Manage major customer relationships
-
Work closely with the MD and wider leadership team
About You
-
Strong sales leadership background
-
Proven record of commercial growth
-
Confident new business developer
-
Experienced managing and motivating sales teams
-
Commercially strong around pricing, margin and profitability
-
Food, FMCG, foodservice or manufacturing experience preferred
Bakery or food ingredients experience would be particularly attractive.
This could suit an established Head of Sales or a high-performing Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager ready to step up.
