The Role
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team
  • Overseeing debt collection and escalations
  • Managing credit limits and customer queries
  • Driving performance, delegation and outstanding debt recovery

The Person
The successful Credit Control Team Lead will meet the following criteria:

  • Strong Credit Control experience
  • Previous team leadership experience desirable
  • Open to experienced Credit Controllers ready to step up
  • Confident managing and developing an experienced team
